CIOJoy is a trading style of VPTK Services Ltd. Enquiries submitted through this website are handled to respond to potential engagement discussions.

What we collect

The contact form may collect:

  • The reason you contacted us

How we use the data

Enquiry details are used to review fit and respond—typically to arrange or decline an introductory technology leadership conversation. They are not used to run an automated marketing list from this form.

We send a short-lived verification code to confirm access to the email address supplied with an enquiry. Verification information is used only to protect the contact process and expires automatically.

How messages are sent and hosted

Form submissions are emailed via Microsoft Graph to an inbox configured for CIOJoy. The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics may collect anonymised or pseudonymised usage metrics.

The application does not write enquiry content to an application database. Server logs may retain operational details for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Protecting the website

We use proportionate technical measures to protect the website and contact form from spam, abuse and unauthorised access.
